DIRECTOR OF ADVISORY SERVICES

  • Based in San Ramon, CA (remote position possible for the right candidate)

  • Experienced, full-time position

Overview

The director of advisory services (DAS) is an experienced, full-time position responsible for managing and growing a book of investment advisory clients. It is a highly-visible role that is the face of the firm and primary contact for clients. The DAS is a demanding position, and success requires effective management of multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a financial-services professional with experience in relationship management, business development, and investment services.  The candidate should also have an existing, verifiable book of managed-money clients.  Total compensation will depend on experience, existing book of business, and performance.

As professional investment advisors, clients depend on us to be fiduciaries for their financial well-being. Would you like to work with a firm that focuses on doing what's best for clients instead of pushing products and sales quotas? Would you like to thrive in an equitable, merit-based environment where you can build a sustainable, rewarding practice focused on fee-only money management? If so, then you belong at BCM!

As an established boutique, we offer you a unique combination of the independence you crave and the support you need. We want you to achieve success and you are welcome to do it at your own pace. Along the way, we have the tools, resources, and infrastructure to help you get there. At the same time, we're a small, nimble, close-knit team without layers of bureaucracy where your voice is heard, your opinions count, and your contributions are valued.

The bottom line is we want to build a happy, successful, life-long relationship with you by being a partner that is genuinely committed to helping you grow and succeed.  If you're ready for more, it's time to make the move to BCM.
