Victor Lai is managing partner at BCM and has over two decades of financial industry experience. He previously worked in banking, private equity, and investment management. Victor earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and a CFA charter from the CFA Institute.

CHARLES D. TRACY, CFA, MBA

Charles Tracy is managing director and partner at BCM. He has more than a decade of financial industry experience. Charles previously worked at Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley, and Intuit. He earned a BA from St. Mary's College of California, an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a CFA charter from the CFA Institute.

GAVEN I. KHAN, MBA

Gaven Khan is an advisory board member at BCM. He has decades of management and consulting experience. He previously held VP positions at Citigroup and KAPS Consulting, and he is the founder and president of consulting firm GK Partners. Gaven earned a BS from George Mason University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
